Referral Coordinator

Annamarie C.

Annamarie is the friendly and determined voice behind our referral process. With a passion for advocating for our patients, she ensures every referral is handled smoothly, accurately, and with genuine care. She manages all incoming and outgoing referrals, tracks documentation, and communicates with providers to make sure patients receive timely, coordinated care. Her organizational skills and patient-first mindset keep our referral system running seamlessly. Outside the office, she enjoys cheering on NFL football (Go Lions!), watching The Office, attending Broadway shows, and appreciating a good bit of dark humor. She also loves cooking and embroidering — and dreams of one day owning a raccoon.

Patient Care Coordinator

Brittany H.

Brittany is the warm and welcoming presence at our front desk, greeting every patient with a smile and a commitment to excellent service. Brittany manages front desk operations, handles patient interactions, answers calls, and schedules appointments. Her friendly personality and strong communication skills help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping online, helping with weddings, and watching basketball and football. With a love for hot pink and a big heart for animals and family, she dreams of one day building her own barndominium filled with kids and a farm’s worth of animals.

Emma is a sweet and caring member of our clinical team, known for her gentle personality and patient-centered approach. As a Medical Assistant, Emma supports our providers by preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. Her kindness, reliability, and attention to detail help ensure each patient receives comfortable, high-quality care.When she’s not in the office, she enjoys practicing photography, spending time in fellowship with her church community, and making memories with her family and friends.

Allison is a dependable and friendly part of our clinical team, known for her strong commitment to patient care. As a Medical Assistant, Allison assists with patient preparation, vital signs, procedures, and documentation. Her steady work ethic and warm personality help ensure that each patient feels comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active through walking and hiking, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Chronic Care Nurse

Kim is a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of experience caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings. As part of our Chronic Care Management team, Kim works closely with our Medicare patients to help them better manage ongoing health conditions and stay on track with their care.

Kim provides regular check-ins, medication support, care coordination, and education to help patients understand their conditions and treatment plans. She also serves as a trusted point of contact—answering questions, identifying concerns early, and communicating with providers to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and recharging so she can continue delivering exceptional care.

Abigail is the dedicated and inspiring leader behind Family 1st Healthcare’s daily operations. Known for her professionalism, strong leadership, and approachable nature, she ensures that both patients and staff experience a smooth, welcoming, and efficient environment. As Office Manager, Abigail oversees administrative operations, supports front-desk and clinical staff, manages scheduling and workflow, and ensures the practice runs smoothly. Her leadership, attention to detail, and dedication play a vital role in keeping Family 1st Healthcare functioning at its very best. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing crafts, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
