The first step in TRT is a comprehensive assessment and diagnosis. This involves a thorough evaluation of an individual's medical history, symptoms, and physical examination. Blood tests are often conducted to measure testosterone levels, as well as other relevant markers such as hormone levels and complete blood count (CBC). This initial assessment helps healthcare providers determine whether TRT is appropriate and, if so, what the optimal treatment plan should be.
01 Assessment and Diagnosis

Once a diagnosis of low testosterone is confirmed, a personalized treatment plan is developed. This plan outlines the specific type of TRT to be used (e.g., testosterone injections, gels, patches, or pellets) and the dosage. The treatment plan takes into account the individual's age, overall health, lifestyle, and treatment goals. It may also include considerations for monitoring and follow-up to ensure the therapy is effective and safe.
02 Treatment Plan Development

The third step involves the actual administration of TRT and ongoing monitoring of progress. TRT is typically administered as prescribed by a healthcare provider. Throughout the course of treatment, regular follow-up appointments and blood tests are conducted to assess testosterone levels and monitor any potential side effects or complications. Adjustments to the treatment plan may be made as needed to optimize results and ensure the individual's well-being.
