Born and raised in the heart of Lenoir, Dr. Kelli Kelley is a cherished member of our community. Her educational journey took her to UNC-Greensboro for undergraduate training, where she laid the foundation for her remarkable career in healthcare. Dr. Kelley's passion for elevating healthcare led her to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Lenoir-Rhyne University. As a licensed family nurse practitioner, she brings a wealth of experience to our practice.
Dr. Kelley's dedication to her patients is truly remarkable. With a background in cardiac care spanning nine years, she possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of healthcare. During her graduate studies, she specialized in women's health and dermatology, further enriching her clinical expertise. Her graduate project explored the intersection of strong faith and a high quality of life in women with cardiovascular disease.
When she's not delivering exceptional care, Dr. Kelley cherishes time spent with her beloved family, including her husband and three sons. She finds solace and joy in horseback riding, connecting with the beauty of nature and animals.

His areas of expertise encompass family care, including primary, chronic, and preventive care management. Additionally, he offers DOT certification exams, ensuring the well-being of commercial drivers.
A veteran of both the United States Air Force and Public Health Services, Rob Swedlund brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to service to our practice. He is the proud father of seven children and a loving grandfather to 14 grandchildren. Rob and his wife, Rachel, call Lenoir home, and he is enthusiastic about welcoming new patients into his care.

With an impressive 35-year background in healthcare, Karen Clarke is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the community of Caldwell County for the past six years.
